Hi, I’m Michelle, the founder and Managing Director of Adesso Occupational Health & Wellbeing. With over 36 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and 32 of those dedicated to Occupational Health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and businesses in promoting health, safety, and well-being in the workplace. My journey in healthcare and beyond has shaped my passion for helping others live healthier, more balanced lives—and I’m here to bring that expertise to you.

However, with the flexibility of remote services, I’m able to support businesses and individuals no matter where they’re based. A Little More About Me

In addition to my career in Occupational Health, I am a qualified Life Coach, helping individuals achieve clarity, growth, and balance in their personal and professional lives. I’ve also worked as a General, Business, and Academic English Language Tutor since 2015, teaching both in the UK and Italy. My love of travel has taken me across Europe as a Tour Manager, where I gained invaluable experience in managing diverse teams and ensuring seamless operations—a skillset that translates into my work today.
