When I first opened Adesso Occupational Health & Wellbeing, I knew my mission was clear—to be the real-life version of that toy, bringing expert care and guidance to workplaces across the UK. With 36 years as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and 32 dedicated to Occupational Health, I’ve spent my career helping businesses create safe, compliant, and thriving work environments.
